Machined a pair bracket for a motorcycle project. Made of 3/4″ 6061-T6 Aluminum. The center measures 80mm, which fits a self-sealed bearing. On the raised edge of the bearing holder, you can see where I used a ball endmill to make the curve or “fillet”.
